Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees for cancellations:
- Free cancellation 2 days before arrival
- 100% of the reservation price if cancelled less than 2 days before arrival (for reservations with arrival from 1. 1. 2018)

Hotel Palác – Cancellation Policy
from 1. 1. 2016
Cancellation policies apply to cancellation of accommodation reservations by the client. Cancellation of reservations can only be made in writing to the email address info@hotelpalac.cz, or as part of your reservation via Booking, Expedia, HRS (in case of reservation via these portals, it is necessary to cancel the reservation directly on these pages).
Unless otherwise stated, the cancellation policy is governed by the following rules:
1. INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
• 100% of the total amount in case of cancellation less than 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show
2. GROUP BOOKINGS*
• 50% of the total amount in case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival
• 100% of the total amount in case of cancellation less than 4 days before arrival or in case of no-show
The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the above-mentioned cancellation fees if he/she could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his/her family, serious illness, draft order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to provide the accommodation provider with written proof of the above-mentioned facts no later than 3 days after their occurrence.
*A group reservation is understood to be 10 or more rooms.
