1. Introductory provisions

These personal data protection principles govern the manner in which Grand Hotel Palác a.s., with its registered office at 1. máje 869/27, 779 00 Olomouc, Company ID: 27778801, registered in B 3097/KSOS kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), processes personal data of users of the website ploty.evt.cz in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

2. What personal data do we process

The Administrator may process the following categories of data:

  • identification data – name, surname, company name,
  • contact data – e-mail, telephone, postal address,
  • data provided voluntarily – information provided in forms on the website,
  • technical data – IP address, cookies, information about the device and browser.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process personal data for the purpose of:

  • performance of the contract (e.g. processing an order, providing services),
  • responding to an inquiry or request sent via a web form,
  • fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting and tax agenda),
  • legitimate interest of the controller (improving services, protecting rights and claims),

  • We retain data from business relationships for the duration of the contract and subsequently for the period required by law (e.g. accounting documents 10 years).
  • We retain data processed on the basis of consent until the consent is revoked.

  • our contractual partners (e.g. hosting provider, accountant, carriers),
  • public authorities, if required by law.

Personal data is not transferred outside the EU unless an adequate level of protection is ensured under the GDPR.
